Garnish Game was founded in Melbourne by two friends with backgrounds in the Australian spirits industry, hospitality, PR and events. Drawing on years of industry experience, they saw the need for a smarter alternative to fresh garnishes — one that delivers consistency, reduces waste, and elevates every drink.

Partnering with the best producers, they created a range of premium dehydrated cocktail garnishes, from dehydrated citrus wheels to flavoured salts, sugars and edible floral confetti. Designed for bars, events and home entertainers, Garnish Game makes it easy to create great looking, great-tasting drinks without the prep.
